2. Fixed Scope & No Guarantees
All services are provided on a best-effort basis within the explicitly stated scope.
No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, performance improvements, business results, revenue, attribution accuracy, or technical compatibility beyond the confirmed scope.
Where a service concludes that an issue is not fixable within scope, this constitutes successful completion of the service.

3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, access credentials, and permissions required to perform the requested service.
Operational Memory is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incomplete access, third-party systems, plugins, platforms, or consent mechanisms outside its control.
Operational Memory is not responsible for changes, outages, limitations, or behavior of third-party platforms, tools, plugins, or services.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payments are required in advance.
Due to the digital and service-based nature of the offerings, refunds are not available once service work has begun or digital products have been delivered, except where required by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property
All materials, documents, and content provided remain the intellectual property of Operational Memory unless otherwise stated.
You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use delivered materials for internal purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Operational Memory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
Operational Memory shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to outages, natural disasters, or service interruptions.
7. Termination
Operational Memory reserves the right to refuse service, suspend access, or terminate use of the site at its discretion, particularly in cases of misuse, misrepresentation, or requests outside stated scope.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
